To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse our employees or subcontractors

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Estimates are based on information provided at time of quote
• Final costs may vary based on actual conditions and change orders
• Additional work requires written approval via change order
• Deposits may be required before work begins

• Payment is due as specified in your contract or invoice
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept various payment methods (cash, check, credit card, bank transfer)
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• Subcontractors are paid according to their agreed payment terms

Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our work against defects in workmanship for the period specified in your contract.

Manufacturer Warranties: Materials and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties, which we will pass through to you.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value
• We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, material shortages, permits)
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to your data

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this platform are owned by Redline Services Group and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the service
• Refuse service to any person for any reason
• Modify or discontinue any part of the service

Either party may terminate a service contract according to the terms specified in the contract.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:

• First addressed through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved, subject to mediation or arbitration
• Governed by the laws of the state where services are performed
